1. Before you begin, make sure that the windshield is free of moisture, dust and dirt.You must clean it thoroughly on the inside and outside with a glass cleaner and clean cloth.
2. Place a tarp or any cartoon below the area of the windshield to be repair because the compound could damage the paint of your car if any spills on it.
3. Following the manufacturer’s instructions, fill the crack with glass repair compound.Just make sure that there are no bubbles in the compound and clean up any excess with a cutter blade and a glass cleaner.
4. Just let the compound cure according to the repair kit instructions.
